Everyday we communicate with other people.
Communication is one of the most important aspects in our life, in fact, it
is that instrument which enables us to get into a relationship with the
environment surrounding us and to convey to other people our own " model of
the world".
Communication is also one of the most neglected aspects in its structural
complexity, we can't forget that the greater part of human communication is
of non verbal nature, that is, governed by processes that are rightful
possession of the deepest frames of personality; it results that the non
verbal aspects of communication will be neglected and we'll be able to find
ourselves in the condition to show discrepancies which we wouldn't like to
convey (for discrepancy we mean a contradiction between verbal and
non-verbal speech) and to disregard those of our converser, arousing a
reduction of the ability to interpret needs correctly.
Communication is a closed, ringed interactive process (loop), directly
involving the subject taking part in the relationship, both from an
emotional and psychological point of view.
Very often, the subject promoter of communication turns out to be the victim
of its own communicative processes. In selling as well as in the life of
relationships, the ability to make our messages as powerful and keen as
those of interpreting the needs of other people correctly, creating an
atmosphere of excellent harmony, represent a very powerful working
instrument.
